DMA served as Subject Matter Expert for Behavioral Health, collaborating with Commonwealth Medicine consultants to categorize the mental health and substance use disorder services provided by Commonwealth jails, prisons, and the Department of Youth Services in comparison to those services provided through MassHealth.
