DMA worked with the Office of the Child Advocate (OCA) to conduct a review of the statewide Family Resource Center (FRC) network. This project culminated in OCA submitting a report to the Massachusetts Legislature with findings and recommendations to increase access and improve service delivery.

DMA facilitated numerous focus groups in English and Spanish and conducted a staff survey, compiling feedback from 313 respondents. Other activities included analyzing current and historical FRC service data alongside publicly available data to identify service and access gaps.
