DMA provided project management and grant writing support to the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health to fulfill the requirements of SAMHSA’s Planning Grant for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC). This included facilitating a multi-agency collaboration between DMH, the Bureau of Substance Addiction Services and Masshealth, the Medicaid agency, to plan and implement a CCBHC application and certification process, develop a prospective payment system for Medicaid reimbursement and enhanced federal match, and draft an application for the two-year CCBHC Demonstration Program.
