DMA is part of the Children's Mental Health Initiative (CMHI) National Evaluation Team, conducting an evaluation of system of care expansion grantees on behalf of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). DMA is responsible for aspects of the analysis related to financing of services. DMA conducts and analyzes telephone interviews with Mental Health Authorities, Medicaid Agencies, Family Organizations, Trade Associations, and grant project directors.
