DMA served as the evaluators for multiple CCBHC grants funded by SAMHSA. DMA also provided project management services to assist with the implementation of the CCBHC model.

From 2017-2019 BHN focused on:
1) Universal access to care coordination to address barriers to access, gaps in care, and social determinants
2) Home-based, peer supported engagement and supports for those who do not access clinic-based care, and addressing high behavioral health outpatient no show rates
3) Access to medication assisted treatment for substance use disorders

From 2021-2023, BHN established an adult behavioral health Urgent Care Center, which is aligned with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services’ (EOHHS) Roadmap for Behavioral Health Reform.
