DMA designed and conducted a programmatic needs assessment of BSAS funded Women and Family Services Central Intake and Capacity Building programs. Through key informant interviews with referral program leads, focus group interviews, and literature review, we identifed service area best practices and related strengths, challenges, and needs. The final deliverable presented key findings and recommendations specific to programmatic development and broad dynamic strategic efforts.
