In 2023, DMA analyzed a large community behavioral health center’s client satisfaction survey data. This included quantitative analysis of survey perception data stratified by demographics, and qualitative analysis of open-ended comments summarizing strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement. DMA summarized findings into a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation with data visualizations and recommendations for improving services. DMA subsequently conducted a literature review to find alternative consumer satisfaction surveys that the provider could consider implementing. DMA outlined strengths and weaknesses of the existing survey and five additional surveys for consideration.
