DMA served as the evaluator for the enhanced and expanded statewide Rhode Island Veterans Treatment Court (RIVTC) program, funded by SAMHSA’s Center for Substance Abuse Treatment.  DMA also provided RIVTC with ongoing technical assistance around data collection, management, and reporting as well as program operations, management and quality improvement.
