DMA assisted the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health and its partners to in the preparation of a systems of care grant application for a Cooperative Agreement for Expansion of the Comprehensive Community Mental Health Services for Children and their Families Program for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
