Working with the Massachusetts Health and Human Services Cabinet, Boston Public Health Commission and its Bureau of Recovery Services and the Mayor’s Office of Recovery, DMA and Carolyn Castro-Donlan developed a Strategic Plan for organizing the City of Boston’s addiction and substance use recovery services that best align the continuum of care in service.
