Ms. Rubridge is an experienced research analyst specializing in quantitative analysis and data visualization; and has been with DMA since November 2021. Lindsay provides analytic support to a variety of DMA projects, with a focus on workforce development for the Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, training evaluations for Recovery Support Services and National Outcome Measures for SAMHSA grant recipients.
Prior to DMA, Ms. Rubridge worked for the Massachusetts Trial Court in the Department of Research and Planning, specifically supporting Human Resources Department in workforce development efforts. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Masters of Arts in Social Psychology. Her research focused on systemic racism and the underlying mechanisms in the institutions that perpetuate it.
