Ms. Salley has worked with DMA for over 26 years. She is responsible for managing the firm’s finances, contracts, and operations. Ms. Salley oversees DMA’s information technology systems and human resource policies and practices. She is a member of DMA’s management team, holds a seat on the Board of Directors, and played a lead role in the cooperative conversion planning and implementation.

In her time with DMA, Ms. Salley has also served a critical role in supporting project development, data analysis, project management, and publication activities. Her prior experience includes 14 years with the defense contractor Loral Infrared Imaging Systems (formerly Honeywell), where she performed time studies, program planning activities, coordination of proposal efforts, and evaluation of program management and proposal software tools. Ms. Salley holds a B.S. in Management from Lesley University.
